Thought Leadership
Thought leadership allows you or your organization to stay on the media’s radar even when you’re not making news. Through development of commentary pieces and interviews tied to current news stories, we position your spokesperson as an expert in their field and a go-to media source for commentary on industry topics and trends. Thought leadership is a valuable strategy for building trust in your brand among the media and key target audiences.
Regulatory, Legal & Litigation Communications
Our Managing Partner, Mark M. Bodi, has been a leader in legal and litigation support communications for over 25 years.
Working with clients’ legal teams, our communications professionals build legal strategies to help companies navigate the intersection of law and the court of public opinion. The Bodi Group knows how to create and execute plans to protect a company’s most valuable asset—its reputation. We work with clients to develop and communicate messages that resonate beyond the regulatory boundaries of the courtroom to leverage support from third-party advocates and, when appropriate, define litigation in their terms.
Grassroots Organizing
The Bodi Group uses its grassroots expertise and field operatives across New Hampshire and New England to supplement, support and amplify clients' existing advocacy efforts.
Helping clients connect to the people that matter most is easy to say, but not easy to do. Our ability to mobilize quickly and extensively enables us to achieve that goal.
Crises and Issues Management
Companies small and large have looked to The Bodi Group Crisis & Issues Management Practice for counsel and 24/7 support in times of crisis to effectively address critical business issues. Whether it’s an internal program affecting employees or an external effort to protect or defend a company’s reputation, The Bodi Group brings a strong strategic perspective founded on broad experience, understanding and insight.

The Bodi Group Public Affairs Practice creates programs to influence public opinion, promote regulatory and legislative initiatives, build reputations, position litigation and manage issues. Our practice has more than a dozen affiliated professionals, many former public officials, throughout New Hampshire and New England as well as Washington, D.C. Our professionals bring industry-sector knowledge and political acumen to programs aimed at media, opinion leaders and policymakers.
Our vantage point provides clients the insights they need to shape policy at the local or state level and navigate the intricacies of government. We help clients forge relationships that achieve their economic, public policy and political objectives.
We create groundbreaking and multifaceted communication campaigns to shape public opinion, raise awareness and change attitudes, promote social and policy initiatives, manage issues and build or restore reputations.
